hmmm...what a day to celebrate merdeka!!!

It was merdeka and i was very happy as it meant that i eventually can relax myself after a two week struggle with my project...it has been two busy weeks for me as i have to clean my data for the project, convert it and also wash my hair samples...in addition to that, i was also busy preparing my slides for poster presentation...what a larborious job...and i was doing it all alone, with the help of no one...can you imagine that?no technician helped me and i even brought the hair samples home to cut it...with the intention to save time as i was bugged with other work also in my office...i stayed up almost every day until 1 am and i even got a comment why was my eyes look different? well, that was because i didn't have enough sleep...i think my eyes resembled Garfield eyes and i was really exhausted throughout that two weeks...

well, this year around, celebrating merdeka is quite different for me...as i was bugged down with the audit early this week, it was such a relief that it was a holiday and that means that i can relax and rejuvenate myself....phew!!! at last, i can relax after working quite hard for the past few weeks...although i did not manage to watch the parade (woke up late actually), i am thankful that i am still able to breathe the fresh air, drink clean water, see the sun shines, feel the rain and do lots of things freely unlike other countries which have certain restrictions...in fact 48 th year of independence for Malaysia means a lot...being able to live in a multi racial country is such a blessing...one can learn other people's culture and at the same time respect each other's needs...it's nice to have many races in the country...beautiful colours of Malaysia...KERANAMU MALAYSIA!!!!happy merdeka day!!!!
